Mission:
* Manage all the stakeholders working on the project for Kaizen topics
* Ensure the project’s report to top Management
* Manage the technical teams in terms of product and process
* Manage the Decision Making Process for the whole project and realize synthesis file/presentation for the cross functions topics
* In charge of the Modification Making Process for the whole perimeter
* In charge of the design robustness
* Manage the Quality team
* Prepare the quality gates according to CUSTOMER standard (quality grid, quality assessment)
* In charge of the vehicle Quality convergence

Qualifications:
* Engineering degree with a similaire experience of at least 3 years in the automobile sector
* Good communication (frensh , english),
* Good knowldge of kaizen and lean manufacturing
