Mission:
* Manage the technical teams in terms of product and process
* Accountable of the Technical referential (EBOM, ECO, …)
* Manage the Decision Making Process for the whole project and realize synthesis file/presentation for the cross functions topics
* In charge of the Modification Making Process for the whole perimeter
* In charge of the design robustness
* Manage the Quality team
* Prepare the quality gates according to customer standard (quality grid, quality assessment)
* In charge of the vehicle Quality convergence (temporary solutions, …)

Qualifications:
* Engineering Degree with at least 3 years Expérience with a similar position in the Automotive industry
* Expertize with BOM
* Good communication ( frensh , english)
